DEEP YNV METHOD

HOW IT BEGAN :
After years of dedicated yogic study, Deep followed his curiosity deeper—immersing himself in posture science, particularly the work of Alexander Lowen, alongside breath regulation through the Buteyko breathing method. What began as pure passion and personal research soon revealed something profound: a way to support classical yoga practices for the modern human body—shaped by different anatomies, lifestyles, and postural habits.

Before it ever became a “method,” Deep simply shared this understanding with fellow yoga teachers. Naturally, they began seeking his guidance—and that’s when he was first recognized as a Yoga Teachers’ Trainer. Between 2002 and 2009, he received his first formal placements, and the work has continued ever since.

His approach supports traditional yogic asana through intelligent posture alignment and conscious breathing, helping the body, breath, and nervous system work in harmony. The result is not just better alignment, but deeper balance, clarity, and ease—physically, mentally, and energetically.

Refined over more than 15 years and shared with over 6,000 students worldwide, this course is widely respected for its depth, practicality, and lasting impact. It’s yoga made sustainable, intelligent, and deeply human—honoring tradition while meeting the needs of today.
